Acid-resistant, anti-skid vitrified tiles dado up
to door height.

EWC with Jaquar / Hindware Cera, Kirovit, or
equivalent CP & Sanitary Fittings.
Provision for
geysers. Concealed piping with ISI quality
fittings and water supply from overhead tank.
Provision for fixing an aqua guard in the
kitchen will be made. Washbasin in the dining
area.

1+1 Service Lift(s) with backup power will be
provided. Lift flooring will be done with
granite/vitrified tiles of Johnson or equivalent
GENERATOR
100% Power backup for common and
landscape lighting, lifts, pumps, and all
common amenities. 100% backup for flats excluding ACs and
geysers.
WATERPROOFING
Waterproofing will be done for the podium,
terrace, sumps, swimming pool, all toilets, OHT,
and utility areas.
